Stand Up for Your Health: Tips to Stop Sitting so Much

For a lot of us, trying to be active every day is something we constantly have to work at. With technology making our jobs, life, and hobbies “easier”, we need to find other ways to keep our feet moving quicker and heart pumping faster more often. There are many ways to sit less and move more in your day; here are a few ideas:

  • From the car to the office to the couch, we all sit too much. Here’s how standing more benefits your health and tips to increase your standing time.
  • A few stretches, a standing desk, good posture, and a little physical activity can reduce the effects of prolonged sitting. Read these four tips to avoid the sitting disease.
