Reducing your intake of dietary sodium is a key way to lower your chances of high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease.With that in mind we wanted to refresh your memory about all the resources, tools and videos available on HealthyFamilies BC for you to use and share relating to sodium and your health.

Use the interactive Sodium Sense tool to select low-sodium food items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Remember to aim for 1500mg – 2300mg of sodium per day or 500 mg - 800 mg per meal.
