Well, we're smack in the middle of the holiday season, and the festivities have certainly begun! I've always loved this time of year. It's a chance to get together with family and friends, and (of course) share some tasty treats!
This year I'm trying to balance my desire to indulge with the realization I'll just have to work that much harder to continue keeping my health and fitness goals in line come the New Year.
