I’m not sure I should admit it, but I recently bought a bunch of spinach and completely forgot about it until it became a puddle. I admit it – I’m a latecomer to liking Brussels sprouts. I didn’t like them as a child, or as a 40-year-old for that matter. But now that I’m, ahem, older than that, I’m glad I gave them another chance. Turns out, Brussels sprouts that aren’t boiled to an olive green pulp actually taste good!
