A few weeks ago as part of my preparation for this new challenge, I had a fitness assessment team at the University of the Fraser Valley assess my cardio, flexibility and balance abilities.
Being active gives you an overall feeling of wellbeing. Canada's Physical Activity Guidelines recommend at least 60 minutes a day for children and 150 minutes a week for adults. Here's how to incorporate physical activity into your life.
